The company’s goal is finding new, up and coming Real Estate markets and offering extensive due diligence and research for the true real estate investor. Just as important is responsible investing and giving full respect and awareness of the people and future of the various markets. The company continues to expand and now includes brokering land and commercial investments. It features markets through out the United States: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, Alabama, and North Carolina; as well as Central America: Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama.

James Allen “Ben” Mansperger

In 1994 Ben began his career in real estate as a New Home Salesperson for UDC Homes. In 1996 he became a New Home Salesperson for Continental Homes, which later became DR Horton-Continental Series. He received the Mame Homebuilders Association #1 Salesperson in Arizona award for 1997. The next year he was promoted to Sales Manager, and just 6 months later, promoted to VP of Sales and Marketing. After 4 years Ben was promoted to Division President of DR Horton Homes, the largest homebuilder in the United States, with gross revenues of 6 billion dollars. In his second year as Division President he was named Division President of the Year. In August 2006 Ben left DR Horton to form a new corporation, i-InvestWorldwide. Ben brings with him over 13 years of real estate, sales and business experience.

Ben is a native of Arizona and attended Arizona State University’s School of Business. Ben is a licensed real estate agent. He is an avid world traveler, and currently resides in Tempe, AZ along with his two daughters.

Randolph Steven Guzman

Randy’s professional career began with Houston’s Restaurants in 1991. He started as a waiter and went on to complete management training in 1991. After which, he went on to manage stores in Kansas City and Los Angeles. In 1994, he became a Store Manager for Koo Koo Roo restaurants. He was promoted to Regional Manager just one year later. His region included 14 stores in greater Los Angeles, with combined annual sales of $25 million and a staff of over 400 employees. In 1998, Randy moved to Phoenix to work with Guzman Construction, a framing and truss manufacturing company. 1998 saw the production of 1400 homes and annual sales of $50 million. Over the last 8 years Randy has helped grow Guzman to over $100 million annually. In 2000, Randy started Elite Door, a division of Guzman Construction. It has since grown it into one of the largest door companies in Arizona, with sales over $8 million reported in 2006. Randy created i-InvestWorldwide with Ben and Jarrod in 2006.

Randy is a native of Arizona, where he attended Arizona State University. He currently resides in Phoenix with his wife and three children.
